I am a daily weigher. On days that I would have a loss I would 'reward' myself by allowing myself to eat more or eat off plan then on days that I had a gain I would push myself to the limits as punishment for the gain. I had a complete love/hate relationship with my old scale. Well not really the brand scale its self but the fact that I had based my days on a number. The Zero Scale came to me just in time for the holidays and who am I kidding I enjoy all the meals that come with that time. I don't over indulge but I do eat my fair share. With the time that I have been using the Zero Scale I don't know what my starting weight was I haven't peaked the first time yet (I have surprised myself there). I do know that I have gained 4 lbs since I've been using it without getting a 100 lb. gain from the user number 1 going from me to little 50 lb. Baby B back to me. I am enjoying not worrying about the over all number of my weight but at the short term goals of losing a small amount of weight during a specific amount of time. Once I get past my baking month overhaul of December I will get back to my normal days of eating and getting to a healthier me.
