    Summer Infant SwaddleMe Swaddle Blanket {review}

    "Summer Infant SwaddleMe review"

    The Summer Infant SwaddleMe adjustable infant wraps by Kiddopotamus are an awesome way to keep baby comfortable, feeling secure and warm. The SwaddleMe blankets we received are 100% cotton so they are soft on baby’s skin. They are easy to use, directions on the back of the package. I meant to pack one in the hospital bag for Baby D, but in all the excitement it was an item that I forgot. So the moment we got home, I grabbed one to wrap him up in. He didn’t like it because unlike the normal blanket swaddle they do at the hospital, he couldn’t break his little hands free from the SwaddleMe wrap. The SwaddleMe wrap keeps him from scratching up his adorable little face since he can't free his hands.

    "Summer Infant SwaddleMe swaddle blanket wrap review"

    My little man hasn't needed one while swaddled yet but if baby needs a diaper change while swaddled, there’s no need to completely unwrap them to do a diaper change. The leg pouch folds down for quick and easy changes. The wraps work with most 5 point harnesses; just insert the harness through the slit in the back of the wrap, seat baby, fasten the harness and then the wings. I tried to use the wrap with our bouncy seat, but I could not get the harness fastened. The SwaddleMe can also grow with baby, because of the self-fasteners the wings can be adjusted to keep baby comfortable. Doesn't he look comfortable?

    The SwaddleMe wraps are available in 3 sizes; preemie(3-7 lb), sm/med(7-14 lb), and large (14-22 lb) and are available in multiple fabrics, colors and patterns so there are plenty of options to choose from for your baby. Keep in mind though that not all colors are available in all sizes. You can look them up at www.summerinfant.com or www.swaddleme.com for more information or you can pick some up from Target for $9.99.

    disclaimer: I received SwaddleMe blankets, free of charge, for the purpose of this review. There was no money given for this post. All thoughts and opinions of the company and product(s) in this post are that of KC @ Mama Bee Does.
