    Moms Into Fitness 60 Day SlimDown Program Weigh In Day

    I told y'all I would share my results along the way as I do Lindsay Brin's Moms Into Fitness 60 Day SlimDown program for 60 days. I did a weigh in today. I knew not to expect much it being my first week and all. So here we go...

    I have stuck to the exercise part of the plan to a T. Did the exercise when I was supposed to and rested when I was supposed to. Eating I find more difficult right now. I try to stay with the plan but I find myself so hungry at times. I gave up the mini doughnuts, brownies and Little Debbie cakes though 🙂 That was hard. I have no problems drinking my water. You drink 8 oz before and after each meal and I sip on more water between meals as well. With the number of times I'm supposed to eat certain types of food I have trouble getting in all my veggies most days. I was thinking that when I go grocery shopping for the next week that I will get some V8 to drink to help me get my 5 servings in. I love the Diet V8 Splash so I'd like to try the V8 V-Fusion + Tea and the high fiber V8. We did eat out twice in the last 10 days so pizza and Long John Silvers isn't great when your trying to lose weight but it is what it is. I've challenged myself to try and not eat out anymore for the rest of the 60 days. We shall see. I think I can do it.

    What I'm supposed to eat:
    5 servings veggies
    3 servings carbs/grains
    3 servings protein
    2 servings fruit
    2 servings dairy
    1 serving fat

    My weight/ inches progress:
    Day 1
    dominate arm- 12 ½ in.
    chest- 42 in.
    neck- 14 in.
    natural waistline- 34 ½ in.
    1" below navel- 39 in.
    hips- 43 in.
    dominate leg- 24 in.
    dominate calf- 15 in.
    Starting weight- 181.8

    Day 10
    Arm- 12 ½ in.
    chest- 42 in.
    neck- 14 in.
    waist- 34 ½ in.
    navel- 38 in.
    hips- 43 in.
    leg- 24 in.
    calf- 15 in.
    weight- 179.4

    I lost 2.4 lbs and lost 1 inch off my stomach. 2 lbs a week is a healthy weight loss so I will take it. I'm looking forward to losing more inches too. I'm enjoying the variety of Lindsay's DVD set.  Here's to my next 50 days! Oh quick question. I need a better sports bra. Can anyone suggest a good brand or place to buy a sports bra for working out that has larger sizes that won't cost me an arm and a leg? The ones at Walmart aren't big enough or supportive enough for what I need. Thanks!
