Anyone ever used a probiotic supplement for digestive health? What about Member's Mark 4X Probiotic Digestive Care Supplements from Sam's Club?

I have been looking for something to help me with my issues that I've been having and I'm giving the Member's Mark 4x Probiotic a try. Comparing Member's Mark 4x Probiotic to the other brand I decided to go with the Member's Mark 4x Probiotic. It seemed as the better choice and it was also cheaper than the competitor. I know I need something. I haven't been a "regular" visitor to the bathroom for way to long now and I thought maybe taking a probiotic supplement could help me get back to normal. I thought Baby B was going to have the same issue as me as he would go 2 weeks without a trip to the potty. Now that he is in underpants he is going daily! I dont know what the difference is from then to now but I am so glad that he doesnt scream bloody murder when he finally would go. Anywho, I bought me a 3 month supply of the Member's Mark 4X Probiotic to hopefully do my digestive health some good. I will let you know in a week or two how it's going.
