    Mamavation Monday

    I am a woman. I am a strong woman. I am a determined woman. Im still not concentrating on weight loss. I'm working on my mental state and smaller things that I know will lead up to weight loss and a healthier lifestyle for me. What little things am I working on? Some of you responded to my tweet on July 2 about going day 1 with no soda. I made it that 1 day. Then we went to my mom's for the weekend to celebrate the 4th and my birthday. I had a couple Dt Dr Peppers and a cup of brass monkey. After talking to some relatives I have decided that like when I quit smoking I cant just do it cold turkey. I'll be cutting it out slowly. I drink a couple diet Dr Peppers a day so I am starting out by cutting back to 1 a day a few days a week. Then I will go 1 a day less days a week and so on until Im down to zero a day everyday. I love water, that's not my issue. I just have become addicted to caffeine.

    Other things Im working on:

    • getting back to drinking my weight in water daily
    • exercising of some sort daily (newest faves are Just Dance wii game and zumba)
    • using my gruve and pedomemter again
    • letting go of complicated situations that have brought me to an all time low in life

    Though I don't know what my weight is as of today, I'm ok with that. I'm still getting successful results else where in my life and that means so much to me. Daddy B bought me new clothes for my birthday so I will  I'm thankful for the Sistas that still talk to me on twitter and stop by and visit my blog. It is so uplifting to know I'm not alone. It's hard for me to make and keep female friends for some reason? So to have the mamavation Sistas is a big accomplishment for me. I can get along with other women 😉 I'm shy and quiet most of the time, that's why I like blogging. I can share things without getting the shy/ nrevous feeling when talking. I want to give a shout out to the new 6 Mamavation finalists:
