Family friendly music with Disney music

I only recommend products I use myself and all opinions expressed here are our own. This post may contain affiliate links that at no additional cost to you, I may earn a small commission.

We received a sample for this post from Childs Play PR and Disney music.

It's hard to find music that I can enjoy listening to without worrying about what words my young boys will hear coming from the speakers. Kid friendly music is slim pickings now a days. Thanks to the Disney digital music store and music gift cards I can let my boys pick out music to download and not worry about if the language is appropriate or not.

Disney music gift cards

Some of my favorite childhood memories involved Disney movies and the soundtracks to those movies were forever stuck on replay in my mind. I'm all most 30 and I still know the words to songs from Beauty and the Beast, The Lion King, The Little Mermaid and many, many other Disney classics and shows. My oldest boy likes some of the Disney classics but he is more in to the recent Disney shows like Austin & Ally, Shake It Up and Kickin It where as my 5 year old likes to sing along with Jake and the Never Land Pirates. Thanks to the Disney digital music store there are songs available that make both of my boys happy. The catalog of music includes classics (The Little Mermaid), movie soundtracks (Muppets: The Green Album), Disney Junior soundtracks (Sofia the First), songs from the Disney Princess and Fairies compilation, Radio Disney favorites, song & story and even Spanish language.

I love that I can buy the Disney digital music store gift cards at Walmart and other stores, get my boys an account and they can go in and download music leaving me worry-free of "is this music kid friendly?". Like many songs I download to my music player on my iPhone the songs from the Disney digital music store cost as little as $1.29 each with over 12,000 tracks to choose from.

How do the Disney Music gift cards work?

  • Purchase a $15, $25 or custom amount Disney Music gift card
  • Go to www.DisneyMusicOnline.com
  • Browse the music catalog and select songs you want to download
  • Enter the gift card # and set up an account at checkout
  • Follow the on screen instructions to download your tracks

For more information on Disney music gift cards and a list of retailers where you can purchase the gift cards, visit www.disneymusicgiftcard.com. To go directly to the Disney digital music store you can go to www.disneymusicstore.com.

disclaimer: This is not a sponsored post though we did receive a gift card to download music for the purpose of giving our honest opinion.
