Beginning to cinch it with the Shaklee Cinch diet review #Cinchspiration

2 years ago I put myself out here in a sports bra and shorts as I reviewed an exercise product. I was down to 168 lbs which is only a few lbs outside of my healthy weight range. My healthy weight range for my body is 150-160. As I mentioned in my Shaklee Cinch diet review post my current weight was 195. Well after a week of eating hospital foods and making poor (more emotional eating) choices my now current weight is 197.8. My day 1 weigh and measures...

June 19, 2012 (Day 1):
weight- 198.7 lbs.
neck- 14"
dominate arm- 13 ½"
bust- 44"
natural waist- 36"
stomach (1" below navel)- 42"
hips- 46 ½"
thigh- 25 ½"
calf- 16"

Looking at these numbers didn't feel so horrible until I saw the "before" photos that I took. Oh my gosh I cried. I wasn't sure if I could share them but it's part of my growing/learning process and I had to accept that I am not healthy and I am not happy plus I need to see just how much change I have over the next 6 months. Bear with me as I bare myself to the online world in all my unhappy unhealthiness to hopefully inspire change within myself and for any other woman that may feel the way about herself as I do right now. Brace yourselves, oh gosh I'm so ashamed I let myself go this far. I am back at the hospital with my Dad but I brought meal bars, snack bars, shakes, teas and boosts with me.
