Mamavation Monday

The time has come! The 2 #Mamavation Moms for round #4 will be announced at the twitter party tonight! I'm excited to see who gets the spots. I'd like to wish @mentallyinked @Momontherise @Colleen_Mouse @Paigebayer & @Rachel_L all the best of luck. They are the 5 finalists and 2 of them will be the next Mamavation Moms. Also, good luck to all the round #4 applicants in the Move It & Lose It Challenge.


This week the #Mamavation Monday blog carnival is sponsored by Subway. Oh how I love the Oven Roasted Chicken sub on the 9 grain wheat bread (yum!) I love watching The Biggest Loser and I have been keeping up with Shay and her Subway challenge, have you? Another thing I'm liking about Subway. They came out with a Subway card. You earn points on purchases towards free food! I think the new Breakfast combos look delicious.


Now for my part of this weeks #Mamavation Monday...



I didn't exercise at all last week unless I count the walking of the stores I did carrying 35 lb. Baby B. Other than that nothing. No EA Sports active. No 30 day Shred with Jillian. No Walk Away the Pounds with Leslie. I've been dealing with PMS issues for 3 weeks and I think it caught up with me b/c I stayed tired all week. I felt weak, drained (literally lol!). I started feeling better yesterday though and all ready noticed a difference in my ability to get around and my mood this morning. I'll be running around this week getting the house (and family) in order before we leave on Saturday for our 5 year wedding anniversary =D A week of no children, no chores, no getting up early if we don't want to, no job to go to, no PE exam to worry about. It will be just me and him for a week! We have plenty of walking planned I just have to get a new battery for my pedometer so I can track myself while we are gone. Savannah, GA, Orlando, FL and St Augstine, FL here we come!


Challenges:
Felt weak and tired all week 
Migraines & 2 sick little boys
No exercise
Still can't give up the Dt dr pepper
Still haven't found a good pair of shoes before we leave (need new walking shoes, I've walked my others out)


Success:
I'm  -1.6 lb.! Bringing my total weight lose to 20 lbs! I've made it to the 160s!
My body is getting back to normal from 3 weeks of serious female problems
Stuck to my WW plans all week
Have planned plenty of exercise activity for our vacation

Finally drank my goal amount of water every day
I'm learning to better love myself with every day

Thank you for all the comments, tweets and emails. It means a lot that so many of you care. Seriously. I won't be around for next weeks Mamavation Monday so to the next 2 Mamavation Moms good luck with your first week. Look forward to reading all about it when I get home.
