I'm still doing menu planning every week though I forget to share my menus with y'all. Weekly menu planning really helps me out. If you don't menu plan you should really give it a try. Here's what we will be having this week:
Monday- Baked pork chops with Scalloped potatoes (will share recipe), steamed broccoli, steamed corn
Tuesday- Tenderloin with red potatoes (crockpot recipe from 60 Day SlimDown), steamed veggies
Wednesday- Country style ribs (crockpot), baked potatoes, salad
Thursday- Meatloaf, homemade mac n cheese, baked beans (crockpot)
Friday- Chicken Fingers (Weight Watchers recipe) with homemade fries (WW recipe)
Saturday- Not sure yet?
Sunday- Not sure yet?
