I have been using the Crest Pro-Health Invigorating Clean Multi-Protection Rinse for about a month now. I went from using zero mouth rinse to using it every night and just about every morning. I get so busy making sure the boys have their routines done that sometimes I skip the rinse in the mornings. I know it just takes 30 seconds and I shouldn't skip it but I am using it a lot more than I was. I love the fact that the Crest pro health clean multi-protection rinse doesn't burn my mouth. Since I've been using the Crest rinse I noticed that after meals my teeth felt dirty and its a feeling I never noticed before. I felt like I had been chewing on fuzzy slippers. So I found myself brushing more than my usual 2 times a day.
I still enjoy the minty freshness that the Crest rinse leaves with my breath though I'm still not a big fan of the flavor of the rinse in my mouth but the taste wasn't enough to keep me away from it. Daddy B says he likes the alcohol taste because it makes him feel like he knows the alcohol is doing its job. I don't go back for a cleaning at the dentist until later this summer so I still have plenty of time to continue using the Crest Pro Health rinse and hope that the dentist will notice a difference in my teeth and gums and I'm sure he'll be glad to know that I have added a rinse to my daily oral care routine.
